For the best experience, I would suggest headphones but it isn’t necessary.  You can have your camera on or off (although it is better with the camera on).  If you need zoom you can get it here.

I am going to be finishing my LIVE on social media and I appreciate your patience!  I will be there right on time or a couple of minutes before so I will see you in a few minutes!

What we will do in the session: 

In the session we get to know each other and talk about what hypnosis is and isn’t.  Whatever issue you would like to resolve is yours and there is no need to share it with the group if you don’t want to!  Then we will do a little hypnosis to help you feel better and give you a new perspective on the solutions to the issues you would like to resolve in your life! 

I will try to keep it to around 30 minutes!
