Make sure you are in a quiet place where you can be comfortable. Headphones/earbuds are suggested to have the best experience, but if you don’t have that you can just listen through the speakers on your phone or tablet.
If you are going to use your phone, tablet, or computer speakers instead of earphones, make sure you have the volume adjusted up as I speak quietly when I use my hypnotic voice!
